Silpak SP-200-4 Flexible Polyurethane Foam is a two-component (1A:2B), self-skinning, non-CFC, polyurethane foam system. This product offers excellent flow and fast de-moulding times for increased production cycles. Thickness of skin can easily be controlled by proper mould temperature settings and the amount of mixed product packed in the mould. These foams can be hand mixed or machine dispensed. Small batch mixes are easily achieved using fast, aggressive mixing methods with larger mixes better achieved using a high shear mixing blade (Jiffy Mixer).
Silpak Flexible Polyurethane Foam has a blendable Polyol (part B). For example, if you are looking to achieve a 6lb foam then mix equal parts of Silpak SP-200-4 and Silpak SP-100-8. To achieve a 10lb foam, mix equal parts of part B Silpak SP-100-8 and Silpak SP-400-12.
