Neill's Materials has been an excellent company to work with. Their staff always bends over backwards to assist me with my orders as a U.S. customer. When I ordered two eduheads from them recently, they were incredibly helpful with selecting which product was best for me, and in getting my order made and shipped. The eduheads are fantastic, and provide a wonderful way for me to practice and work on makeup without a live model. I love them!

I’m new to the silicon world, when I started communicating with the shop to place the order they jumped in to help me.For over a week constant communication they answered every single question advising me helping me step by step to make the best choice for my needs they didn’t hold back answering any question I had. They even offered over the phone payment option because making the payment from overseas was a bit complicated. Always my go to for all my silicone supplies. They're efficient, parcels are well packaged, and always arrive in good time. Recently I accidently ordered the wrong product that wouldn't work with the other products I bought. Within 30 minutes of me putting in my order, they rang me to double check my order, super friendly and helpful service. I'm a very happy customer 🙂

Neill's materials is the go to place for all your make-up requirements. Both Justin and Tom are so helpful, always available to advise on their great products. They came into Arts University Bournemouth and did a super presentation to our students who were really engaged with the products they were sharing. They are very generous and have sent us some samples to try out which has been very useful. Thank you guys for your ongoing support and for your great customer service. ?

Absolutely amazing products. Been using neills materials ever since my daughter started out when she was 13 years old. And now she's 22. The products are amazing and good price. I need any help at all the customer service on the phone always helps on what I need and always been next day delivery. 5 stars and highly recommended

I needed to make a plastic copy of a wooden moulding that's no longer available and had no idea where to start. These guys were helpful beyond belief. Not only did they supply all the materials to create the silicone mould and the resin casting they also took lots of time to tell me exactly what I needed and how to do it. And all for a small order that can't be of huge value to them. I can't say how impressed I am with this business and especially Russell who really knows his stuff. A golden find in Bury St Edmunds - thanks guys!
