Hyper Speed ABS Filament

Hyper-Speed ABS Filament by Raise3D is engineered for seamless compatibility with Ultra FFF® technology as part of the Hyper-Speed filament series. Unlike standard ABS, which struggles during high-speed printing, this advanced filament is optimised to handle rapid feeding into the heat block, ensuring smooth melting and preventing nozzle clogs or weak layer bonding. Regular ABS can also suffer from warping and delamination when printed at high speeds without a heated chamber—issues that Hyper-Speed ABS filament is designed to overcome.

Hyper Speed ABS filament, with optimised molecular weight and stiffness, enables printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s. Its faster melting and uniform cooling reduce temperature gradients and internal stress, ensuring stable prints. Offering excellent heat resistance and minimal warping, it delivers strong interlayer bonding, making it ideal for functional prototypes, tools, and fittings. It also supports versatile post-processing methods, such as polishing and acetone vapor smoothing, for a high-quality finish.
