SikaBiresin F180 is an unfilled fast cast polyurethane resin used for negatives, moulds, masters, mock-ups and decorative parts using the unfilled product. It can also be filled with RZ 30150 mineral filler in order to avoid an exothermic reaction for easy machining. Also used for thermo-forming masters using the product filled with RZ 209/6 aluminium powder in order to increase thermal conductivity.
SikaBiresin F180 is a more flexible resin than the F160 which makes it more impact resistant and harder to chip. The colour when cured is a very clean bright white.

Unfilled Fast Cast Resins
The unfilled fast cast resins are usually used for making detailed models and mouldings with thin walls due to their excellent flowability. They can, however, be cast in thicker layers by adding filling materials to them.
