EasyFlo 100FR Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white/tan, Shore D65, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by weight or volume. 100FR has a fast demould time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 100 FR is a very low viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.
EasyFlo Series products are easy-to-use, mercury-free polyurethane resins. These super low-viscosity liquids make for perfect detail penetration and bubble-free castings without the need for vacuum or pressure techniques. Rapid demold times make EasyFlo products ideal for high-volume, fast-cast applications. This series includes options that can be poured, rotocast and sprayed.
