Platsil Retarder (71/73 Part R Retarder) slows the cure of Platsil products. Adding ~1% of Part R to the total mixed weight roughly doubles the pour time. Adding ~2% of Part R triples the pour time. Experiment to determine the amount that is best suited for your application. Do not exceed 4% as the system may not cure at all. Add Part R to Part A prior to mixing with Part B.
