The current/voltage required for POP 2 operation is 5V 1A, and the power output from USB 2.0 cannot meet the requirements of POP 2 operation. Therefore, when using computer scanning, it is necessary to ensure that the interface is USB 3.0. Therefore, in order to ensure the use of Android users, we have launched a 2-in-1 data cable.

Scanning Tips
Repeated scanning is not good for accuracy, and you can shorten the scanning distance if you want to achieve higher accuracy. It is best to scan each part of the object once, not repeatedly.
When scanning, if the page shows a “trace lost” prompt, move the POP 2 scanner to the swept area (the blue area) and stand still for a few seconds to re-align. When the current frame shows green, the scan continues.
Large objects can be scanned all at once or in pieces and then pieced together using soft Revo Studio for post-processing. You can also open the scanned model and continue scanning.
1) Download Revo Scan for Windows from our website.
2) Open Revo Scan, click “About”, and then click “Settings”.
3) Finally enter the new “name” and “password”.
POP 2 is a high-precision 3D scanner that captures a lot of detail as it scans. The closer you get, the more detail you capture. It is recommended to scan objects with sharp edges at a distance of 200mm to 250mm to obtain more details.
