What are the delivery charges for orders from Neill's Materials?
Delivery charges are often a bone of contention for customers of businesses like ours. Often the delivery charge is higher than the value of the product you are buying. For orders within the UK we have two rates for delivery charges. This means we can provide lower cost delivery for these smaller items which eases the burden on your pocket. Delivery charges for the UK are as follows: Under 5KG - £6.00 Above 5KG - £12.00

Why can't you just send my order by regular post?
Many of our products are liquids which we're not able to send via regular post. Should a container leak it can cause a lot of damage to the rest of the post and we would be liable for the damage. For this reason most items are sent on a courier where they are handled individually and delivered individually. Very few orders come in for a single item, that is classed as dry goods, which it would be possible to post. This would then involve a special trip to the post office to weigh and send out. Ultimately, with the postal rates as they are, this could still cost the equivalent, if not more, than our lowest priced courier service so there would be no advantage in using the postal service.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery will usually be next day if ordered before 14.30hrs between Monday and Friday, however we can not guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the next working day which will usually be a Monday unless there is a bank holiday. Delivery restrictions will apply to countries as discussed for now until such time as we are in a position to sell to the world!
Do you send orders Internationally?
Yes but prices vary dramatically so you will need to contact us via email and we'll give you a quote.
Can I place an order over the phone or if I have a query about my order can I call?
By being cost conscious and trying to pass on savings to our customers we do operate with a minimal staff. This means we don't have phones manned at all times. Should you have a problem with placing an order or have a problem with an order please email giving us a contact phone number and we will call you back asap.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After your order has been received we send you an email confirming your order has been received including details of the delivery address, billing address and what products you have ordered. You will also receive payment confirmation and a payment reference number you can cross reference with your bank. You will receive a VAT invoice enclosed with your goods.
